Friedensreich Hundertwasser

We took a break for lunch in the museum cafe and ate among the trees and cobbled courtyard. A peaceful respite. Quotes filled the museum shop, some of which we appreciated, "You are a guest of nature, behave." Others a little more hokey,"Raindrops are like a kiss from Heaven." and made Amy say, "Pleasssssse."
One of the most popular city blocks, is the Hundertwasser House, a design that Friedensreich received no payment, believing it was worth it just to ensure that nothing ugly went up in its place. Uneven floors and pastel colors are present in the building and trees are seen growing from rooftops and balconies.
